The 2005-2009 Whipple/FRPP SC kits have now been upgraded to 550HP (using a conservative 12% powertrain loss). The difference is the new Generation 2 Whipple supercharger which has increased efficiency and increased flow, equaling slightly more boost (still setup for 91 octane) as well as a later generation PCM flash tool and upgraded tune. This makes the Whipple/FRPP SC kit the most powerful, pump gas, 50-state emissions legal supercharger system today.

When purchasing your HO Whipple Kit from Lethal Performance we offer you 2 options in regards to tuning.

Option 1- Included in the price of this kit you receive the Ford Racing/Whipple High Output Tune. Once you receive your kit you will get a voucher to send your ECU to Whipple for them to flash it with the Whipple tune. Your computer will then be sent back to you through Fed Ex with an express service so there's less downtime,.

Option 2- Use the dropdown menu to select VMP Custom Tuned XCAL3 to receive a custom tuned SCT Xcalibrator 3 with a VMP Custom Whipple Tune. The benefits to choosing this option is that you do not need to send your computer anywhere and you receive a handheld flash programmer capable of making changes to the tune as well as datalogging the cars performance. You'll also have the ability to check and clear DTC codes. If for any reason you change your tire size, gear ratio or want to run a race tune the X3 gives you the ability to do that.

While 405RWHP might be enough for some, Whipple and Ford Racing have also developed the biggest, baddest intercooled system available today. The HO system boasts a massive aluminum air-to-water intercooler with a bar/plate design and 19fpi. This enormous intercooler mounts inside the cast aluminum long runner Whipple intake manifold. The air-to-water system stays cool with an oversized Fluidyne heat exchanger, nearly twice the size of some of the competition. A GT500 high-flow fuel pump takes care of the extra fuel flow while the Ford Racing PCM flash tool reconfigures the factory PCM for incredible, reliable power. The HO package pumps out an astonishing 492RWHP and over 470RWTRQ, all on 91-octane pump gas and a 100% stock engine! Youll make nearly 435RWTRQ at the hit of throttle with an instant 10-12lbs of boost, something turbo and centrifugal systems simply cannot do.
